WORSHIP AT TRINITY

Using a variety of liturgies, a regular rhythm to the worship practices at Trinity Lutheran Church is maintained to offer both “freshness” and “familiarity.”

Oh come, let us worship and bow down; Let us kneel before the Lord our Maker.

Psalm 95:6

Each month the congregation makes use of the regular orders of service. Commonly used are: The Divine Service; Vespers & Matins; Prayer and Preaching; A Service of the Word and Prayer; and a service in which hymnody is used in place of the regular liturgical settings.

We are Trinity, we believe in the One true God:

·         The Father, who created us and sustains our life.

We are Lutheran, for we believe the teachings of the Bible to be the Word of God, inspired by the Holy Spirit, containing no error. The LutheranChurchMissouri Synod is dedicated to proclaiming the message of salvation to eternal life in heaven through Jesus Christ, taking that message to the entire world.

We are Church, for we are the family of God, redeemed through the blood of Christ, a people who gather to worship Him and serve our neighbor.

·         Jesus Christ, the Son of God, who saved us from sin by His perfect life, death and resurrection.

·         The Holy Spirit, who brought us to saving faith and keeps us in that faith.
